Forensic report clears J&K’s Rassol

November 5, 2009 – 4:59 am Karnataka-based Forensic Science Laboratory has submitted a report to the local Bangalore police which said "there were no residues of explosive substances found (in Rassol's bag) which is inclusive of RDX"
